This is hands down the best Ice Cream parlor I've been to in years. Top tier ingredients. Options on options the menu was truly extensive for reasonable prices. Service was absolutely amazing. OWNER OPERATED was attentive and engaging and very kind. For the sake of my wasteline I can only come by once a week, To my chagrin. Can't wait to go back I had a bubble waffle with a scope of Moose Tracks. The waffle was fantastic and the Moose Tracks was of course top notch. They are getting a Belgian Waffle maker soon very excited. If you are trying to pick a place to go and have a sweet treat put this place on the top of your list.

First time trying this sweet shop, and I was so impressed! Their crepe was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. Definitely coming back to try everything else on the menu. Highly recommend! 👍🏼

Today, this was 1 of 2 coffee shops I stopped in at for an espresso in the same shopping center. I was comparing the Evana’s Cafe espresso to the one at Experience Muse diving deeper into the aroma, body, flavor, and finish. Evana’s espresso shot lacked the aroma, had a solid body to it, but the flavor was bitter and slightly acidic. The finish was strong which I enjoyed. It had some decent qualities, has potential to be great, but fell short like Tyrese Haliburton in the finals. Ultimately, Id rate this espresso shot a 6.3 out of 10. Experience Muse from first impressions, looked like it was going to easily be the superior espresso shot. The aroma was fresh and strong, the body was amazing with a nice balance of creme on top, however then flavor and finish was far too bitter and sour telling me the espresso pulled too fast. My guess is that the barista was still learning the ins and outs of operating a high-end espresso machine or simply wasnt fully dialed in when pulling the shot. This espresso shot had all the great looks and features with the potential to put up frequent triple-doubles like Luka, but disappointed like Zion Williamson. Evana’s Cafe is phenomenal. We tried the Dubai chocolate and the salted caramel mini pancakes—both were absolutely amazing. Incredible flavor and perfectly done. If you’ve never had rolled ice cream, do yourself a favor and order it—you’ll be hooked instantly. The service was excellent, and the dining room is beautiful, making the whole experience even better. We’ll definitely be back!

Coffee is life! If I see a café, you know I will be stopping in for a good cup of joe. Now, going back, that is the true determination. I must say, Evana’s café was remarkably pleasant, and the staff member did provide a warm, attentive service. I would ask a question, and she was able to answer them. Now, it did some time to make my drink, but the result was worth the wait. This café has a wide variety of items, not only coffee and pastries. I ordered a White Mocha Latte on the rocks, the flavor and sweetness worked together perfectly. Overall, I will came back to try other items on the menu and recommend all to check this place out if you’re in the area.
